Following our participation in the National Competition "Uma Aventura ... Literária 2019" promoted by Editorial Caminho, it is with great pleasure that we announce that the works of students Felipe Vieira and Filipa Campaniço have been awarded, among the 15 152 participating works.
The student Felipe Vieira of the 5th B class was awarded the 2nd Prize in the Critique category and the student Filipa Campaniço, a special Jury prize, also in the Critique category.
João Santana and Tiago Aníbal, both from the 8th grade, were distinguished with an Honorable Mention. In addition to the Honorable Mention Diploma, the students received a book from the Uma Aventura collection.
As the regulation provides, the prize consists of the publication of the winning work in one of the books in the Uma Aventura collection, whose title and edition will be released in due course. The winners will also receive a checkbook as a gift.
The winning students are invited to be present at the public award ceremony, which will take place on June 3rd (Monday), at 2.30 pm, at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes. The writers Ana Maria Magalhães and Isabel Alçada, authors of the Uma Aventura book collection, will be at the ceremony.
